Makes 4 Jars
1-6 oz. strawberry gelatin
Rinse and cap strawberries.
Mash berries and add sugar, let stand for 4 hours.
Heat berries and sugar to boiling point, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in gelatin, remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes.
Spoon into containers and freeze.
